The Emerge Center, School and Foundation

Today, we have exciting news to share with you.

After a three-year planning process, Emerge is expanding our educational offerings with the creation of The Emerge School for Autism, the first public charter school for children with autism in Louisiana.

Starting in mid-August, the school will enroll twenty Kindergarten students with plans to incrementally add up to approximately 120 students.

Emerge’s Board and executive leadership has devoted extensive energy and thought to this new opportunity and we are excited to significantly grow our impact in the community.

Because of this growth and our decades-long commitment to fully meeting the community’s needs, we have launched The Emerge Foundation to provide philanthropic support to The Emerge Center and The Emerge School.

The Foundation is charged with strengthening the capacity of both organizations through a streamlined and coordinated fundraising approach. Moving forward, you will have the option to designate which organization you would like your support to benefit.

Without a doubt, Emerge’s innovative work would not be possible without the unfailing generosity of donors like you.

It is because of the trust you have placed in us that we are able to dream big.  Together with you, we look forward to accomplishing great things in the years to come.

With gratitude,
