Meet the Effersons

Receiving a diagnosis of autism can be overwhelming for a family, and often parents do not know where to turn to receive the support they need. This year, Emerge would like to introduce the Effersons, whose son, Samuel, is currently enrolled in his second year of Emerge’s therapeutic preschool program, Bloom.

Through this year-round program, Samuel receives life-changing therapies through Emerge’s unique educational environment. Jennifer, Nathan, and their daughter, Violet, recently shared more about their experience at Emerge and what it has meant for their family.
